摘要
从滴水扩散时间与最大扩散面积对涤纶针织物吸湿导湿性进行评价;以蒸发量与时间的曲线关系分析了涤纶针织物的速干性;测试了涤纶针织物的单向传递指数和液态水动态传递综合指数。结果表明,可将涤纶针织物滴水扩散时间≤3.7 s,最大扩散面积≥1 400.00 mm^2,蒸发速率≥0.16 g/h,单向传递指数≥160.0,液态水动态传递指数≥0.75,作为企业内部生产控制的指标值。并对完善涤纶针织物生产标准有积极作用。
The moisture absorption and transferring property of polyester fabrics is evaluated in terms of drip diffusion time and maximum wetting area;the quick-drying of polyester fabrics is evaluated in terms of the curve between evaporation capacity and time;the accumulative one-way transport capacity and overall moisture management capability of polyester fabrics were tested.The results showed that drip diffusion time≤3.7s;maximum wetting area≥1400.00mm2;evaporation rate≥0.16g/h;accumulative one-w ay transport capacity≥160.0;overall moisture management capability≥0.75of polyester fabrics as the internal production control Index value.It has a positive effect on improving the standard of polyester knitted fabric production standards.
