基于计算机测色仪的纱线测色方法研究

摘要 采用摇黑板机缠绕纱线的方法制备了纱线测色试样,讨论了纱线厚度、试样放置角度和相对湿度对测量值的影响。结果表明,摇黑板机缠绕纱线所制试样规整性较好,测色值重现性好;纱线层厚度较大测色值重现性好,纱线层厚度为1.30~1.70 mm最佳;相对湿度对测色值有一定影响,相对湿度为65%时影响较小;试样放置角度对测色值影响不明显,同一次测试应选取相同放置角度。 The yarn color test sample was prepared by using the rotary blackboard machine winding yarn,the influence of yarn thickness,sample placement angle and loudness humidity on the measured value was discussed.The results show that the winding yarn eveness tester for regular sample better,measurement of color reproducibility;yarn thickness measurement of color reproducibility,yarn layer thickness is1.3~1.7mm;the relative humidity has a certain effect on the measured color values,relative humidity of65%is less affected;the sample position for measurement the color value of the influence is not obvious,the same test should select the same angle.
