摘要
采用干湿擦牢度提升剂TF-2397对黑色、蓝色、红色3种纯棉织物进行浸轧工艺整理,并分析了干湿擦牢度提升剂TF-2397对干湿摩擦牢度和色光的影响;通过分析不同用量、p H值、温度、稳定性等因素,确定其最佳使用工艺;并以工厂实例,分析了干湿擦牢度提升剂TF-2397应用效果。结果表明,经处理后的活性染料染色织物,干摩达到4~5级,湿摩达3~4级,并具有优异的稳定性,解决了生产中干湿摩擦牢度问题。
Cotton fabric was treated by agent TF-2397for Enhancem wet and dry rubbing fastness,through the test of different color,dosage,pH,temperature,stability,determine the best use of the process,combined with the production practice;the results show that the reactive dye fabric after treatment,the dry rub reached4~5grade,wet rub reached4~5grade,and has excellent stability,to solve the problem of wet and dry rubbing fastness in production.
