聚苯硫醚纤维在产业用纺织品及印染中应用

The Application of Polyphenylene Sulfide Fiber in High Temperature Filter and Textile Printing and Dyeing

阐述了我国高温滤料的研发现状,介绍了聚苯硫醚纤维的性能,从纺粘非织造布滤料、复合滤料、空气变形丝滤料、针刺滤料、针刺水刺复合滤料、覆膜滤料等方面综述了聚苯硫醚纤维在产业用纺织品中的应用,分析了聚苯硫醚纤维在印染废气废水方面的应用。对聚苯硫醚纤维在高温滤料及纺织印染中应用具有一定的参考价值。

This paper focused on the research and development status quo of high temperature filter materials in China.Meanwhile,the performance of polyphenylene sulfide fibers and its application in printing and dyeing wastewater were introduced.Furthermore,on basis of spun-bonded nonwoven filter material,composite filter material,air textured yarn fabric,needle-punched filter material,acupuncture nonwoven composite filter material,effect of PPS fibers was reviewed in several aspects such as the application of filter material in industrial textiles,analyzing and summarizing that the PPS fiber in high temperature applications as well as textile printing and dyeing has a certain reference value.
