信息技术的发展为高校科研管理提供了新的途径,建立信息化管理平台成为高校科研管理中不得不面对的重要问题。现阶段高校通过直接购买或自主开发软件进行科研管理工作,取得了一定成效,但也存在一些问题。因此,高校应该遵循一定的顺序和流程建设信息化科研管理平台,并在信息化科研管理平台构建中重点开展数据建设。
