摘要
提高体育参与度是全民健身工作的根本任务,当前市民体育直接参与和间接参与仍不足。在体育资源不足的情况下,创意驱动是促进大众体育参与的有效模式,建议营造环境,激发全社会创意力,形成政府、市场、社会及市民"四位一体"的发展格局,创意开发运动空间,创造新颖运动项目,打造景观体育、商场体育等体育新形态,运用创意思维,将现有资源进行挖潜和重组,增加体育创意产品供给,将市民吸引到体育活动中来。
It is the fundamental purpose of the national fitness program to improve the participation of mass sports,but the current direct and indirect participation of public sports is still insufficient.In the case of insufficient sports resources,the creative drive is an effective mode to promote the participation of mass sports.It is suggested to create an environment and stimulate the creativity of the whole society,to form a"four in one"development pattern.the Four stand for government,market,society and citizen.We should develop the exercise space creatively,create novelty sport event,build special landscape sports,and other new forms of sports.With the creative thinking,we should tap the potential and reorganization the existing resources,and increase the supply of sports creative products,so as to attract the public to sports activities.
