山东省体育后备人才文化教学现状调查与发展方向研究

Investigation and development of cultural education for sports reserve talents in Shandong province

采用问卷调查、专家咨询座谈、文献资料等研究方法,以山东省14所体育运动学校的管理体制、教学培养目标、学制、课程设置、教学时间的分配与安排、师资配备、教学效果控制、学生对文化教学的认识、对教学技术的评价等进行调研。山东省体育后备人才文化教育模式多样化,各有特色,以"体教结合"为主。无论是管理者、老师还是学生,都很重视文化教学对提升后备人才质量的作用。但实际教学工作中诸多问题限制了教学水平和质量提升,如评价体系、教学设施设备、生源质量、课程设置、学生的学习态度与兴趣以及教师的教学技术等。体育后备人才的文化教育改革势在必行,要重视改革创新,提高生源质量,因材施教,完善教育设施设备,提高教师上课质量和学生文化学习的评价体系,调动教与学主体的积极性,保证文化教学的质量,培养出更多优秀的体育后备人才。

This paper adopts the research methods of questionnaire,expert consultation and literature and takes14sports schools in Shandong province as the research object.The questionnaire of"Cultural Education for Sports Reserve Talents"was prepared,and a survey was made among administrators,teachers and students of the schools and the research content mainly includes the management system,teaching objectives,the distribution of the educational system,curriculum,teaching time and control arrangement,teaching staff,teaching effect,students'understanding of culture education,the evaluation of teaching technique,etc.The results show that the cultural education pattern has diversified and distinctive features,giving priority to"the combination of physical education and cultural education".All including managers,teachers and students emphasize the role of cultural teaching in improving the quality of reserve talents,but there are many problems that limit the teaching level and quality,such as the quality evaluation system,teaching facilities,enrollment quality,curriculum development,students'learning attitude and interest,and teachers'teaching skill,etc.Among them,the students'cognition of the culture lessons plays an important role in the cultural teaching.The enrollment quality and student interest are the main factors that restrict the cultural teaching of the current sports reserve talents.So it is imperative to carry out culture education reform for sports reserve forces and the measures for reform include attaching great importance to the reform and innovation,improving enrollment quality and evaluation system,perfecting education facilities,arousing the enthusiasm of teaching and learning so as to train more sports reserve talents.
