意象在沙盘游戏疗法中的作用与意义

On the Role and Significance of Image in Sand-play Therapy

基于荣格分析心理学理论,探讨意象的内涵、象征性及意象在沙盘游戏疗法中的作用及其心理分析意义。意象具有"象"、"感"、"意"三方面的内涵,也具有象征功能。在沙盘游戏疗法中,意象具有赋形、激活的作用,意象将无形的无意识进行赋形呈现,也能够激活无意识自主自发的活动而发生积极想象过程,而积极想象是沙盘游戏疗法的内在机制。意象是沙盘游戏疗法的本质特征和核心起效因素之一,对沙盘游戏疗法中意象之作用和意义的探讨可为其他表达性、创造性心理疗法的研究提供有益参考。

Based on Jungian Analytical Psychology,this paper explores the connotation and symbolic function of image,and discusses the role and analytical significance in Sand play therapy.There are three aspects of“form”,“feeling”and“meaning”in the connotation of image,and the image has the symbolizing function.In Sand play therapy,the image can give the form to the unconscious,and enact the unconscious.The image can drive the unconscious into the process of active imagination.And the active imagination is the inner mechanism of Sand play therapy.The image is one of the essential features and core healing factors of it.It is important to explore the function and significance of image in Sand play therapy,which can give reference to the other psychotherapy of Expressive Arts Therapy and Creative Therapy.
