森林消防车在伊春地区应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Forest Fire Truck in Yichun Area

森林扑火装备是扑救森林火灾时物质基础,是保证灭火安全的根本保证。目前我国各省各地区,例如湖南省、云南省、四川省、大兴安岭地区、小兴安岭地区等都有配备和使用基本的灭火装备,具有普遍性和适用性。但由于配备的灭火装备种类多、型号杂,既有很早配备的机型,又有新配发的,并且各单位种类、数量、性能都不统一,加之不同的地域、不同火灾状况和灭火频率、管理维修保养的程度不一,使得灭火装备发挥不了最大的效益。本文通过对伊春地区实战案例中森林消防车的实际应用情况,包括应用数量、使用时间、布局方式等因素,对于森林火灾实战的各方面影响,包括火灾持续时间、救援人员数量、火灾耗损经费、灭火效率等方面进行研究。

Firefighting equipment in the forest is the material basis for fighting forest fires,and is the fundamental guaran-tee for firefighting safety.At present,all provinces and regions in our country,such as Hunan Province,Yunnan Province,Sichuan Province,Greater Higgnan Mountains and Xiao Hinggan Mountains,have equipped and used basic fire-fighting equipment,which is universal and applicable.However,because of the large number of fire-fighting equipment and mod-els,there are both models equipped very early and new ones,and the types,quantities and performances of all units are not uniform.In addition,different regions,different fire conditions and fire-fighting frequency,management and mainte-nance of varying degrees,making the fire-fighting equipment not play the greatest benefits.This paper studies various as-pects of forest fire engines'actual impact on forest fires,including the duration of fire,the number of rescue workers,the expense of fire damage and the efficiency of fire extinguishing by analyzing the practical application of forest fire truck in ac-tual combat cases in Yichun,including the number of applications,the use of time,the layout and other factors.
