肝硬化感染性腹水中sTREM-1含量与肝纤维化、炎症及氧化应激反应的相关性 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究肝硬化感染性腹水中sTREM-1含量与肝纤维化、炎症及氧化应激反应的相关性。方法:选择2016年1月~2017年5月期间在中山市南朗医院及中山市博爱医院就诊的肝硬化腹水患者,并根据腹水细菌培养结果分为阳性的感染组和阴性的非感染组,另取同期低蛋白血症合并腹水患者作为对照组。测定腹水中sTREM-1、肝纤维化指标、炎症反应指标、氧化应激反应指标的含量以及血清中肝纤维化指标的含量。结果:感染组患者腹水中sTREM-1的含量高于对照组及非感染组;感染组及非感染组患者血清及腹水中LN、PIIINP的含量均显著高于对照组,腹水中IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α、LAC、MCP-1、HBP、NGAL、MDA、NOX1、UCP2、iNOS、NO的含量高于对照组;感染组患者血清及腹水中LN、PIIINP的含量均显著高于非感染组,腹水中IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α、LAC、MCP-1、HBP、NGAL、MDA、NOX1、UCP2、iNOS、NO的含量高于非感染组,且与腹水中sTREM-1的含量呈正相关。结论:肝硬化感染性腹水中sTREM-1含量的异常升高与肝纤维化进程以及炎症反应、氧化应激反应程度密切相关。 Objective:To study the correlation of sTREM-1content with hepatic fibrosis,inflammatory response and oxidative stress response in hepatic infective ascites.Methods:Patients with hepatic ascites who were treated in Zhongshan Nanlang Hospital and Boai Hospital of Zhongshan between January2016and May2017were selected and divided into positive infection group and negative non-infection group according to the bacterial culture results of ascites,and the patients with hypoalbuminemia complicated by ascites during the same period were selected as control group.The contents of sTREM-1,hepatic fibrosis indexes,inflammatory response indexes and oxidative stress response indexes in ascites as well as the contents of liver fibrosis indexes in serum were determined.Results:sTREM-1content in ascites of infection group was higher than that of control group and non-infection group;LN and PIIINP contents in serum and ascites of infection group and non-infection group were greatly higher than those of control group,and IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-α,LAC,MCP-1,HBP,NGAL,MDA,NOX1,UCP2,iNOS and NO contents in ascites were higher than those of control group;LN and PIIINP contents in serum and ascites of infection group were greatly higher than those of non-infection group,IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-α,LAC,MCP-1,HBP,NGAL,MDA,NOX1,UCP2,iNOS and NO contents in ascites were higher than those of non-infection group and they were positively correlated with sTREM-1content in ascites.Conclusion:The abnormal increase of sTREM-1in hepatic infective ascites is closely related to the process of liver fibrosis as well as the degree of inflammatory response and oxidative stress response.
