摘要
目的:探讨25羟维生素D_3[25(OH)D_3]与新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)颈动脉硬化的相关性。方法:2015年7月~2017年7月间本院新诊断的T2DM患者258例作为T2DM组,同期在本院进行体检的糖代谢正常者100例作为正常对照组。对比两者血清25(OH)D_3水平、超声颈动脉硬化参数、血清脂质代谢指标及炎性脂肪因子含量的差异。采用Pearson检验评估新诊断T2DM患者血清25(OH)D_3水平与颈动脉硬化的相关关系。结果:T2DM组血清中25(OH)D_3的含量低于正常对照组(P<0.05);超声左侧、右侧颈动脉的PWV、CC水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05);血清中脂代谢指标TC、LDL-C的含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C的含量低于正常对照组(P<0.05);血清中炎性细胞因子APN的含量低于正常对照组(P<0.05),CHEM、RSTN、LEP的含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson检验发现,T2DM患者血清25(OH)D_3的水平与颈动脉硬化程度直接相关。结论:新诊断T2DM患者血清25(OH)D_3水平异常降低,具体降低程度与患者颈动脉硬化程度直接相关,可作为T2DM患者颈动脉病变的早期评估指标。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between25hydroxyvitamin D3[25(OH)D3]and carotid atherosclerosis of newly diagnosed type2diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:258patients with newly diagnosed T2DM in this hospital between July2015and July2017were selected as T2DM group,and100subjects with normal glucose metabolism who received physical examination in this hospital during the same period were selected as normal control group.The differences in serum25(OH)D3levels,ultrasonic carotid atherosclerosis parameters as well as serum lipid metabolism index and inflammatory adipocytokines contents were compared between the two groups.Pearson test was used to assess the correlation between serum25(OH)D3level and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with newly diagnosed T2DM.Results:Serum25(OH)D3content of T2DM group was lower than that of normal control group;PWV and CC levels of the ultrasonic left and right carotid arteries were higher than those of normal control group;serum lipid metabolism indexes TC and LDL-C contents were higher than those of normal control group whereas HDL-C content was lower than that of normal control group;serum inflammatory cytokine APN content was lower than that of normal control group whereas CHEM,RSTN and LEP contents were higher than those of normal control group.Pearson test showed that serum25(OH)D3level in T2DM patients was directly correlated with the degree of carotid atherosclerosis.Conclusion:Serum25(OH)D3level is abnormally low in patients with newly diagnosed T2DM,and the specific decrease is directly correlated with the degree of carotid atherosclerosis and can be used as an early evaluation indicator for carotid artery disease in patients with T2DM.
