经直肠超声引导下8+X点与6点穿刺活检法诊断前列腺癌的临床价值比较

Comparison of diagnostic value using transrectal ultrasound guided by 8 + X biopsy versus 6 points on prostate cancer

目的探讨经直肠超声(TRUS)引导下8+X点及6点穿刺活检法诊断前列腺癌(Pca)的临床价值。方法选择2014年6月至2016年5月皖南医学院弋矶山医院265例临床疑似Pca患者,即满足直肠指检阳性、前列腺特异性抗原升高、TRUS发现可疑结节、磁共振发现异常结节其中至少1项者,行TRUS引导下6点及8+X点穿刺活检,比较2种方法诊断价值。结果 8+X点穿刺活检法对Pca诊断的灵敏度为97.04%,显著高于6点穿刺法(80.74%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.15,P<0.001)。结论TRUS引导下8+X点前列腺穿刺活检法诊断Pca灵敏度更高,值得临床推广。

ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic value of two methods of transrectal ultrasound(TRUS)guided by6points and8+X point prostate biopsy in prostate cancer(Pca)MethodsA total of265cases who met one of these criteria(positive rectal examination;prostate specific antigen rising;TRUS finding suspicious nodules;MRI finding abnormal nodules)were examined by6points and8+X systematic biopsy from June2014to May2016in our hospital The diagnostic value of these two methods was compared ResultsThe diagnosis sensitivity of prostate cancer by8+X method was9704%,which was higher than the sensitivity by using6points method(8074%)(χ2=1815,P<0001)ConclusionTRUS guided by8+X prostate biopsy plays an important role in the diagnosis of Pca,with a high sensitivity,which is worth popularizing in clinical application
