基层中医医院信息管理系统的研究与开发

Research and Development of Information Management System for Primary Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

随着计算机技术、网络技术迅猛发展,基层中医院的信息化建设已成为全国医疗系统信息化进程中的重要组成部分。本项目的研究内容是在社区等基层中医治疗机构建立医院信息管理系统,加强和规范中医医院信息化建设。通过对成都中医药大学附属医院及武侯区、高新区社区医院的日程管理与运行进行调研,与医护人员及患者的交流,确定了系统应达到的基本功能。建立目标系统之后,不仅能够快速实现中医药信息资源共享、互联互通,还能够帮助建立专业的中医药信息化复合型人才队伍,从而保障了中医药信息化工作的顺利开展。

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,the informatization construction of basic level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine has become an important part of the process of medical information system.The content of this project is to establish a hospital information management system in the community and other grassroots medical institutions,and to strengthen and standardize the informatization construction of TCM hospitals.Through the research on the schedule management and operation of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the community hospital of Wuhou District and hi tech Zone were investigated,the basic functions of the system should be determined by communicating with the medical staff and patients..The establishment of the target system will further promote the sharing and connectivity of TCM information resources,and the establishment of a team of comprehensive talents in the informationization of traditional Chinese medicine,which will help to provide the necessary personnel protection for the informatization of TCM.
