摘要
乏燃料元件的干式装罐过程需借助偏心旋转台,偏心旋转台的旋转精度影响着元件与罐体的装罐质量,闭环控制系统中旋转精度又受齿轮回程差影响。提出了一种利用测量上齿轮和测量下齿轮之间产生相对扭矩的原理,保证上下测量齿轮与齿槽的两个表面紧密贴合的纯机械测量机构。无论被测量齿轮顺逆时针转动,另一个齿轮均会随动贴合,实现了消除正反转位置回程差的影响。该测量方式结构简单、可靠性高、纯机械结构等优点更易于在核电厂三废处理等特殊领域推广。
The dry chute process of the spent fuel element is affected by the rotation accuracy of the eccentric rotary table,which affects the quality of the can and the tank,and the rotation accuracy in the closed-loop control system is affected by the gear return difference.A pure mechanical measuring mechanism is proposed to measure the relative torque between the upper gear and the measuring gear to ensure that the upper and lowe rmeasuring gears are closely fitted with the two surfaces of the tooth groove.Regardless of the gears to be measured counterclockwise rotation,the other gear will follow the fit,to achieve the elimination of positive and negative position return difference.The measurement method is simple in structure,high reliability,pure mechanical structure and other advantages more easily in the nuclear power plant waste disposal and other special areas to promote.
