摘要
以快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学分析技术研究了龙船花(Ixora chinensis)、大叶黄龙船花(Ixora javanica‘Yellow’)和大王龙船花(Ixora duffii‘Super King’)的叶绿素荧光参数的日变化特征。结果表明,3种龙船花属植物的Fm、Fv、Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm两两之间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm日均值的种间差异不显著,但其Fo、Fm和Fv日均值的种间差异则达到了显著水平(P<0.05);3种龙船花属植物的光合性能及耐阴性大小为龙船花>大王龙船花>大叶黄龙船花。
The diurnal variation of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Ixora chinensis,Ixora javanica'Yellow'and Ixora duffii'Super King'was investigated by the fast chlorophyll fluorescence induction dynamics analysis.The results showed that there was significant positive correlation(P<0.01)between each pair of Fm,Fv,Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm.The difference of diurnal Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm was not significant among the three Ixora species,while the difference of diurnal Fo,Fm and Fv was significant(P<0.05)among the species.The photosynthetic property and shade-endurance of Ixora chinensis,Ixora duffii'Super King'and Ixora javanica'Yellow''was decreasing..
