食用农产品质量安全信息标准体系建设研究——以苹果为例

Study on Standard System Construction of Agricultural Products Information for Agriculture Informatization——A Case of Fresh Apple

随着人们对农产品的质量安全要求的提高,以及农业信息化对农产品信息的渴求,农产品的质量安全信息体系成为了亟待解决的问题。本文通过对影响食用农产品质量安全因素的深入分析和研究,在总结和归纳了相关国家标准内容的基础上,针对食用农产品苹果的产前、产中、产后过程中各环节要素,提出了应向公众披露的质量安全信息类别,初步建立了基于农业信息化应用的苹果质量安全信息体系。并阐述了本研究对加快实现现代农业的重要意义。

With the improvement of the quality and safety requirements of agricultural products and the demand of agricultural information for agricultural informatization,the quality and safety information system of agricultural products had become an urgent prob鄄lem.Based on the deep analysis on the factors of quality and safety of edible agricultural products,and the elements of the prenatal,middle and postnatal processes of edible agricultural products,this study suggested quality and safety information categories that should be disclosed to the public depending on the relevant national standards.And it was initially established of apple quality and safety information system on the agricultural information.Furthermore,it revealed the great significance of this study to improving realization of modern agriculture.
