摘要
为研究不同发酵处理对玉米秸秆黄贮品质的影响,试验分对照组,处理1(乳酸菌),处理2(纤维素酶),处理3(乳酸菌+纤维素酶),处理4(乳酸菌+CICC10089),在30℃和45℃条件下进行秸秆发酵。玉米秸秆发酵15d后,测定pH值、颜色、气味、质地及有机酸含量并进行综合评定。试验结果表明:在30℃条件下发酵的玉米秸秆黄贮品质比45℃条件下发酵的品质好;而且30℃条件下乳酸菌和纤维素酶组合处理的发酵品质最好。
In order to study the effect of different treatment of fermentation on the quality of corn stover silage,the experiment was divided into4treatment groups:treatment1(lactic acid bacteria),treatment2(cellulase),treatment3(lactic acid bacteria+cellulase),and treatment4(lactic acid bacteria+CICC10089)for fermentation at45℃and30℃.After15days of fermentation of silage,the pH,color,odor,texture and organic acid content were determined for the comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the quality of silage at30℃was better than at45℃,and the fermentation quality was the best with treatment3at30℃.
