膨松剂酒石酸氢钾对小鼠免疫系统的影响

摘要 为研究膨松剂酒石酸氢钾对昆明种小鼠免疫系统的影响,将6~8周龄昆明小鼠随机分成4组(高、中、低剂量组和对照组),采用经口灌胃染毒法连续灌服14d,酒石酸钾剂量分别为340.5、142.89和60mg/kg,对照组灌服同等体积的玉米油,每日灌服1次。末次灌服后取材测定其血液碳粒廓清指数、胸腺和脾脏指数,进行胸腺和脾脏组织学观察。结果表明:高、中剂量组的碳粒廓清指数与对照组之间差异极显著(P<0.01),低剂量组与对照组相比无明显差异。高、中剂量组的胸腺指数和脾脏指数与对照组之间差异均显著(P<0.05),低剂量组与对照组之间无明显差异,说明酒石酸氢钾对昆明小鼠免疫系统有一定抑制作用。 This article aimed at researching on the effect of inflating agent bitartaricum kalium on immunologic system of Kunming mice.The experiment is divided randomly into four groups(the high,middle,low dose experimental groups and the control group),each experimental group was administered with bitartaricum kalium by intragastric administration every day for fourteen days,while the control group was feed on corn oil in the same volume as treatment groups.The dose of three experimental groups are340.5mg/kg,142.89mg/kg,and60mg/kg,respectively.And then we draw the materials from mice to detect the index of the clearance of carbo particle and the index of thymus and spleen as well as to observe and analyze the paraffin section of thymus and spleen.Results indicated that the index of the clearance of carbo particle of the high and middle dose experimental groups showed extremely significant difference from that of control group(P<0.01)while there is no significant difference between low dose experimental group and control group.Moreover,The index of thymus/spleen of high and middle dose experimental groups showed significant difference from that of control group(P<0.05)while the index of low dose group and control group showed no significant difference.Therefore,the bitartaricum kalium have inhibitory effect on immunologic system of Kunming mice.
