合理情绪疗法应用于艺术专业大学生英语教学的可行性分析

摘要 2015年高等教育十大关键词之一是"回归课堂",创设科学有效的课堂教学有助于高校加强课程建设、培养学科人才。教学活动的本质是集认知与行为于一体的教育过程,艺术专业英语课程的教师和学生的行为直接关系着课堂氛围与教学成效的好坏。合理情绪疗法作为心理学中融合认知与行为的一种疗法,其理念与技术能够帮助我们认识和分析师生在教学活动中的心理过程,从而指导师生改变主体认知、改善主体行为来提升课堂教学质量。 2015Keywords higher education is one of the ten"return to the classroom,"the creation of a scientific and effective classroom teaching contribute to the strengthening of College Courses,training disciplines talent.Essence of teaching activity is set in one of the cognitive and behavioral process of education,arts teachers and students of English as a cognitive body art courses,the teaching and learning of behavior and classroom atmosphere directly related to the effectiveness of teaching is good or bad.Rational emotive therapy as a therapy in the integration of psychology and cognitive behavior,and its concepts and techniques that can help us to understand and analyze the teachers and students in the teaching activities of the psychological process,to guide teachers and students to change the body awareness,improve body behavior enhance the quality of classroom teaching.
