摘要
企业中,劳动合同法制度是其人力资源管理的基础,它对企业内部良好的劳动关系的形成和建立具要重大作用,发挥了对企业以及用人单位人力资源管理的深远影响。本文根据《劳动合同法》,对其中几点有关人力资源管理内容进行了着重地研究和分析,提出了一些观点和看法,并希望从此中对企业起到警醒作用,提高法律意识及员工管理水平,优化人力资源配置。
in the enterprise,the labor contract law system is the basis of human resource management,it is good to the enterprise internal labor relations with the formation and establishment to play a major role in the enterprise and with the profound influence of human resources management unit.According to the"labor contract law",in which some relevant content of human resources management to focus on research and analysis,put forward some ideas and opinions,and hope to wake up to now in the enterprise,improve the legal consciousness of employees and management level,optimize the human resource allocation.
