摘要
通过对郴州市农村初高中、乡镇中心学校与乡镇幼儿园总计18所1659位教师进行问卷调查,对郴州市乡村中小学教师队伍存在的问题以及培训需求情况进行了统计分析,根据调研结果,提出了针对性的政策建议。
This paper makes a statistic analysis of the existing problems of the rural and secondary school teachers and their training needs by conducting a questionnaire survey of1659teachers from18rural senior and junior middle schools,primary schools and kindergartens in Chenzhou.Hence corresponding policy proposals are put forward based on the investigation results.
