中共十九大报告中提出了包括坚持以人民为中心的新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的十四条基本方略,这些基本方略是坚持和发展新时代中国特色社会主义的根本指针。坚持以人民为中心是以习近平为核心的新一届中央领导集体治国理政的核心价值所在,其根本要义是:以人民对美好生活的向往为奋斗目标,秉承党的根本宗旨和群众路线,把人民本位贯彻到治国理政的全部活动中,依靠人民力量破除发展难题,创造历史伟业。

In the report of19th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping proposes14basic strategies-the guideline for the persistence and development of socialism with Chinese Characteristics including adherence of people-centered strategy.Adhering to people-centered strategy is the core value in governing a state of the new central leading collective with Xi Jinping as the center.Its basic meaning is as follows:taking the hope for better life from people as the goal,in accordance with the communist party’s basic aim and mass line,the people-focus thought should be carried out in all the activities of governing the state,the difficulties appearing in the development should be broke down by the strength of the people and historic undertaking will be accomplished.
