教学改革与涉外法律人才培养之探讨

On the Teaching Reform and the Training for the Foreign-related Legal talents

当前,社会对涉外法律人才的需求正在大幅增长,高校可以通过采用请进来与送出去相结合的方式加强师资队伍建设、逐步强化专业课程外语教学、改进课堂教学内容与教学方法、加强互联网教学平台在教学过程中的运用、开设学术讲座、鼓励学生参加国际模拟法庭和国际商事仲裁等国际间的比赛等措施,改革涉外法律人才培养机制,加快培养应用型涉外法律专业人才。

At present,the demand of society for foreign-related legal talents increases sharply.College and universities can make measures like enhancing the faculty building by use of the combination of inviting professionals from abroad and sending teachers abroad for advanced study,gradually strengthening English teaching of professional curriculum,improving teaching content and methods,reinforcing the uses of internet teaching platform in teaching process,holding academic lectures,encouraging students to participate in the international competition such as international moot court,international commercial arbitration,in order to reform the talents training mechanism of foreign-related legal talents and cultivate the applied foreign-related legal talent.
