摘要 大学生心理健康教育的传统教学模式存在着教学低效、教学方式单一、德育色彩浓重、课程设置"一刀切"的问题。翻转传统的"课堂上听教师讲解,课后回家做作业"模式,使之变成"课前听看MOOC讲解,课堂上参与体验式活动",是新形势下对大学生心理健康教育教学模式进行的积极探索。既切合大学生多层次心理发展的实际和需要,也切合心理健康教育注重生命体验的特色,有助于提升大学生心理健康水平,进一步提高课程教学实效。 There are some problems in the traditional teaching model of psychological health education course such as teaching inefficiency,monotony in instruction method,strong moral color and“one-size-fits-all”in setting curriculum.Flipping the traditional instruction model like“learning in classroom then doing homework at home”to the new one like“watching MOOC videos before class then participating in experiential activities at class time”is an active exploration for the teaching model under the new situation.This mode not only suits the reality and demand of undergraduates'multi-level psychological development,but also corresponds with laying emphasis on life experience-one of the features of this course.This can help to improve the mental health of university students and further put forward teaching effectiveness of this course.
