摘要
[目的]分析罗布麻花脂溶性成分。[方法]采用石油醚浸提罗布麻花中的脂溶性成分,气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测其成分,面积归一化法计算各成分的相对质量分数。[结果]结果显示,从罗布麻花中鉴定出20种脂溶性成分,占色谱总流出峰面积的78.74%,其主要成分为b-Monolinolein(22.00%)、油醛(16.79%)、亚油酸(11.11%)、Z,Z-10,12-Hexadecadien-1-ol acetate(10.52%)和(Z)-9,17-十八二烯醛(3.68%)。[结论 ]罗布麻花脂溶性成分主要由酯类(23.10%)(烯或)醛类(22.34%)、酸类(13.45%)和醇类(13.02%)等组成。
〔Objective〕To analyze the fat soluble constituents from flowers of Apocynum venetum L.〔Methods〕The fat soluble constituents were extracted from flowers of A.venetum with petroleum ether and the chemical components of them were identified by GC MS and relative content of the components were calculated with normalization method.〔Results〕The results showed that20compounds were identified from A.venetum,and the relative content accounted for78.74%of the total volatile components,b monolinolein(22.00%),oleic aldehyde(16.79%),linoleic acid(11.11%),Z,Z10,12hexadecadien1olacetate(10.52%)and(Z)9,17octadecadienal(3.68%)were the main fat soluble components.〔Conclusion〕Esters(23.10%),(olefins or)aldehydes(22.34%),acids(13.45%)and alcohols(13.02%)were composed of the fat soluble components in flowers of A.venetum.
