摘要
以2-氯丙酸为原料制得2-苯氧基丙酸(4);4依次经酰氯化和环化反应,合成了10个新型的2-(1-苯氧乙基)-4H-苯并[d][1,3]噁嗪-4-酮类化合物(6a^6l),其结构经~1H NMR和MS(EI)表征。采用室内培养皿法研究了6a^6l的除草活性。结果表明:浓度为1 mg·L^(-1)时,6a,6j和6k对油菜根的生长表现出良好的选择性抑制效果,抑制率分别为75.3%,85.7%和74.2%。
2-Phenoxypropionic acid(4)was prepared by the reaction from2-chloropropanoic acid.Ten novel2-(1-phenoxyethyl)-4H-benz[d][1,3]oxazin-4-ones(6a^6l)were synthesized via the reaction of acylation and cyclization from4.The structures were characterized by1H NMR and MS(EI).The herbicidal activities of6a~6l were tested by the culture dish method.The results showed that6a,6j and6k possessed a promising selective inhibition against the growth of oilseed rape root at concentration of1mg·L-1,with inhibition rate of75.3%,85.7%and74.2%,respectively.
