摘要
当前废杂铜冶炼得到迅猛发展,但相对落后的冶金炉加料设备却成了阻碍其发展的一块短板。结合废杂铜的原料特点和当前各种加料方式的发展现状,分析了现有加料设备的各种不足,为研发新的智能加料生产线提出改进优化设想。
The smelting of copper scrap has developed rapidly at present.However,the relatively backward metallurgical furnace charging equipment has become a shortcoming hindering its development.Combining with the characteristics of copper scrap raw materials and the current various charging methods,this paper analyzes the shortages of the existing charging equipment,and puts forward some suggestions for improving and optimizing the new intelligent charging production line.
