铜精炼烟气系统中小型换热器的应用

摘要 为降低阳极炉出口烟道中的烟气温度,满足后续工艺对烟气温度的要求,设计了一种卧式水冷换热器。该换热器采用多组并连式结构,不仅能够回收烟气中的余热,还具有控制排烟温度、回收烟尘、防止烟气低温腐蚀、安装空间小、检修更换方便等特点。经实践检验,使用效果良好,具有较好的适用性。 In order to reduce the temperature of gas at the outlet duct of anode furnace and satisfy the requirement of the subsequent operation on gas temperature,a kind of horizontal water cooling heat exchanger is designed.This heat exchanger uses multi-group parallel type structure,it not only can recover the waste heat in the gas,but has the properties of control of smoke exhaust temperature,recovery of dust,prevention of gas low temperature corrosion,small installation space and convenient repair and replacement.It proved by the practice that the heat exchanger has good using effect and applicability.
