摘要
工程总承包项目模式逐渐成为了现代工程项目的主要模式。个人防护用具作为项目施工过程中较为重要的个人安全保障,它的选定、采购、供应、发放等一系列管理工作对于项目的顺利进行起着重要的作用。以F国某冶炼厂改扩建项目为例,通过对案例项目的分析,验证个人防护用具管理工作的必要性,针对项目实施过程中遇到的问题,提出解决办法,并总结出一套与EPC总承包项目各阶段需求相匹配的个人防护用具管理流程。
EPC general contracting mode has gradually become the main mode for modern construction projects.The personal protection equipment is essential to guarantee personal safety during project construction.Therefore,selection,procurement,supply,distribution and other management works of the personal protection equipment play an important role in smooth progress of the project.With an expansion project of one smelter in Country F as the example,the author made analysis to verify the necessity of personal protective equipment management,put solutions to the problems during project implementation,and summarized a set of personal protective equipment management processes with referential significance
