摘要
在"一带一路"战略背景下,我国项目管理团队面对国际EPC项目经常出现不太适应的状态。结合海外EPC项目现场管理经验,认为中国总承包企业应建立自己的人才储备网络,设立企业EPC学院对项目管理人员进行有针对性地培训,着重培养施工团队的核心技术人员,逐步提升策划能力,以提高项目管理团队对大型国际EPC项目的适应能力。
The project management team of China is often unable to adapt to the international EPC projects under the strategic context of the Belt and Road.According to the field management experience of overseas EPC projects,it thinks that China's general contracting enterprises should establish their own talent pool,set up an EPC academy of enterprise to make the targeted training for the project management personnel,stress on developing the key technical staff of construction team,gradually enhance planning ability,so as to improve the adaptability of the project management team to the large-scale international EPC projects.
