摘要
笔者通过改进无皂化乳液聚合法制备聚苯乙烯微球的配方和条件,制备了单分散微米级聚苯乙烯微球,并以之为种球,以对硝基苯胺为模板分子,成功地通过单步溶胀聚合得到了多孔单分散分子印迹聚合物。然后微球通过电镜扫描,紫外-可见光光度及红外光谱进行性能表征。聚合物对模板分子体现出特异亲合性,有望用于食品检测中对硝基苯胺的富集、分离和痕量测定分析,也为污水中有机物的去除开辟新途径。
Monodisperse micrometer-sized polystyrene microspheres were prepared by improving the formulars and condition of emulsifier-free polymerization.Using the monodisperse micrometer-sized polystyrene microspheres as seeds,p-nitroaniline as template molecules and adopting appropriates swelling and polymerization techniques.Monodisperse molecular imprinted polymers with porous structure were prepared successfully by a single-step swelling and polymerization method.The samples were characterized by SEM,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and infared absorption spectrum.The imprinted polymer can combine template molecules.Expected to be used in sewage paranitroaniline enrichment and separation,determination of trace analysis,the new way for the removal of organic matter in sewage.
