摘要
首先介绍了工匠精神的研究背景、内涵,并从科技期刊的性质及其编辑的作用、科技期刊编辑活动的实践特点及工作要求两个方面,论述了为何要提倡科技期刊编辑应践行工匠精神,具体归纳总结为5大表现:文人传统、科学素养、敬畏知识、奉献精神、精益求精。最后从终身学习、与时俱进、不忘初心3个层面提出了新时期发扬工匠精神的要点,以期呼吁工匠精神在出版业的回归与重塑。
It first introduces the research background and connotation of artisan spirit,and discusses why it is necessary to promote editors’artisan spirit,from both the nature of sci-tech periodicals,the role of editors,and the practical characteristics,job requirements of editing activities.Specifically summarized as the five major performances:literati tradition,scientific literacy,fear of knowledge,dedication,excellence.Finally,how to carry forward“artisan spirit”in the new era were suggested from three points,such as the lifelong learning,advancing with the times,don’t forget the initial.In order to call the spirit of artisans in the publishing industry,the return and remodeling.
