校企联合培养研究生模式的探索与实践 被引量:5

摘要 面对新信息技术带来的机遇与挑战,高层次应用型人才的需求越来越专业化,传统的研究生培养模式难以满足新经济技术发展的人才需要。基于工程专业人才教育培养需求,借鉴国内外的经验,进行校企(所)联合培养研究生方式实践,探索符合我国地方高校发展的研究生培养模式。实践成效表明,通过依托国家重点科研课题与重大工程建设项目,与科研院所、工程企业进行深度合作,联合设立研究生工作站,聘请科研人员和资深专家为校外导师,共建科研项目实体培养研究生,提高研究生的专业素质,拓宽了他们的科研和专业视野,培养了他们运用专业知识进行创新的能力,满足社会经济发展对高层次创新性专业人才的需要。校企(所)联合培养研究生模式,具有无可比拟的优势,将是研究生教育建设和发展的方向。 Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by the new information technology,the demand for high-level application-oriented talents is becoming more and more specialized.The traditional mode of training postgraduate can hardly meet the needs for talents with new economic and technological developing.Based on the training needs of engineering talents and the domestic and foreign experience,we put the mode into practice to explore the graduate training mode that conforms to the development of Chinese local universities.It has been shown that the mode is relying on the national key research projects and major construction projects.By many means,such as in-depth cooperation with research institutes and engineering companies,the establishment of a joint graduate workstation,and hiring researchers and senior experts for extramural research projects,building a joint training workstation,graduate students can improve their professional quality,broaden their scientific research and professional horizons and cultivate their innovative ability by using professional knowledge,in order to meet the need of social and economic development of high level innovative talents.The joint training mode set by enterprises and colleges has incomparable advantages and will be the direction of graduate education construction and development.
