应用型本科院校体育专业学生社会实践(实训)创新模式研究

Study on the Innovation Mode of Social Practice of the Sports Professional Students in Applied Undergraduate Colleges

随着高校体育专业向应用型的转变,社会实践对应用型本科院校体育专业学生的重要性不言而喻,首先要打破就业从教唯一性的思想束缚,在学好学校教学技能的基础上了解社会体育企业对人才需要的类型、学好相关的技术本领、使大部分毕业生成为社会体育企业所需要的热门人选,再者只有能将培养对象放出去了解本专业的社会需求方向,领回来进行有针对性的教育与提高,实现学生与企业的深度磨合、学校学习技能与社会应用技能的高度契合,最终达到高校体育毕业生的高创业率、高就业率、优质就业率的良好效果.最后,高校在对体育人才的培养过程中需要提早让学生了解社会行业需求特征,再配合教学计划有针对性地向社会输送高水平体育行业人才.

Along with the change of professional sports to applied in colleges and universities,the social practice is becoming more important to the sports professional students of undergraduate colleges and uni-versities.First of all,the thought that can but teach after graduate must be broken,on the base of maste-ring teaching skills,the sports professional students need know which type talents that social sports enter-prises need,and colleges and universities have responsibility to make the most of the graduates become the favourite social sport talents.In order to eventually achieve the high rate of entrepreneurship in the univer-sity sports graduates employment,high employment rate,high quality of good results,colleges and univer-sities need to let students understand early social industry demand characteristics,combined with teaching plan targeted carries high levels of sports industry talents to the society.
