摘要
万礼豪程项目实施以来,成果显著,反响较好,大批一线教师及专业学生从中受益.项目有效解决了一般校企合作中存在的委托代理问题、经费管理问题以及合作持续性与效度问题.项目通过教学研讨、挂职培训、嘉宾交流、行业参观、教学资源共享、国际教师进修途径实现高校教师教学实践能力提升.通过深度参与、文献搜集、实地访谈等研究方法,对2013年万礼豪程项目实施以来至2017年的发展现状,结合利益相关者理论对万礼豪程项目进行实证分析.
CHEI has grown so fast and its impact has been so profound.A large number of front-line teachers and students have benefited from it.The project effectively solves the principal-agent problems in general college enterprise coopera-tion,such as fund management,continuity and validity of cooperation..Through faculty internship,position training,guests lectures,field trips,regional teaching forums,teaching-learning resources,international CHEI fellows,teaching conference to faculty members that ex-pose them to real-life hospitality operations and experiences.Through the depth of participation,collect the documents and interviews,according to the development status of the CHEI process implementation since2013to2017,based on the theory of stakeholders on the project for empirical analysis.
