摘要
针对刮板输送机中部槽容易磨损失效、维护成本高的问题,分析了中部槽失效的原因与特点,绘制了中部槽易磨损部位分布图,然后在此基础上提出了提高槽帮,中板、底板的耐磨性能的措施,防止中部槽磨损。工业性试验得出,用BTW板制造的中部槽,其耐磨性能提高了30%.
In view of the easy wear failure and high maintenance cost of the central trough in the scraper conveyor,the reasons and characteristics of the failure are analyzed in the paper,and the distribution of the easy-worn parts of the middle groove is mapped out.Based on the analysis,a group of measures on the wear resistance in middle board,in the floor and side board are proposed and put into operation.Industrial tests have shown that the wear resistance performance improved by30%in the central trough with BTW plates being used.
