摘要
针对河南焦作方庄煤矿-400 m水平大巷的变形破坏情况,通过分析现场工程条件,结果监测数据和理论分析,研究了软岩巷大巷的破坏机理。根据其变形特点,设计了高强度预应力锚杆锚索支护方案,利用CDEM数值模拟软件,与无支护、锚杆锚索、注浆支护、U型钢、锚杆锚索+喷浆+U型钢等支护进行对比研究。通过CDEM数值模拟软件对方案进行模拟,对模拟结果进行对比分析后得出锚杆锚索+喷浆+U型钢复合支护方案能有效控制软岩巷道变形。
Based on the deformation and failure of-400m level tunnel in Fangzhuang coal mine in Jiaozuo City,Henan Province,by site observation,data monitoring and theoretical analysis,deformation failure mechanism of deep soft rock roadway was studied in the paper.On the basis of the deformation characteristics,high strength prestressed bolt and net supporting is designed and applied together with CDEM numerical simulation software.Comparison research have been conducted with the no support,bolt and net support,shotcrete support,U shaped steel frame support and combined support of bolt plus shotcrete plus U shaped steel frame support.The CDEM numerical simulation results shows that the comprehensive support scheme of bolt and net+whitewashing+U shaped steel frame manage the deformation of soft rock roadway.
