摘要
目的建立高频等离子体发射-原子吸收光谱法(ICP-AAS法)测定新疆不同地产芜菁子中矿质元素含量的方法。方法采用ICP-AAS法测定新疆10个不同产地芜菁子中的K、Na、Ca、Mg、P、Zn、Al、Ba、Cu、Sr、Cr、Ti、Fe、Pb、Hg、Cd等18种元素的含量。结果测得新疆10个不同地产芜菁子中P的含量较高,和田产地的芜菁子中P的含量最高,为8 962μg/g;阿克苏产地的芜菁子中P的含量最低,为7 696μg/g。叶城产地的芜菁子中K、Na的含量最高,分别为8 254、1 707μg/g;泽普产地的芜菁子中K含量最低,为6 621μg/g,麦盖提产地的芜菁子Na含量最低,为413μg/g。结论本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,适用于芜菁子药材的质量控制和资源开发研究。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of mineral elements in Brassica rapa L.seeds in different areas of Xinjiang.Methods The determination of the contents of18kinds of mineral elements of Brassica rapa L.seeds in ten different areas of Xinjiang was conducted by ICP-AAS,including kalium(K),sodium(Na),calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),zinc(Zn)and others.Results The content of P was higher in the areas of Xinjiang.The content of P in Hetian sample(8962μg/g)was the highest and the lowest was Akesu sample(7696μg/g).The contents of K(8254μg/g)and Na(1707μg/g)were highest in Yecheng sample,whereas the content of K(6621μg/g)was lowest in Zepu sample and the content of Na(413μg/g)was lowest in Maigaiti sample.Conclusion The method was simple,accuracy and sensitive,which can be used for quality control of Brassica rapa L.seeds.
