Galectin-3在乳腺癌骨转移诊断中的应用价值

Value of Galectin-3 in Diagnosis of Bone Metastasis of Breast Carcinoma

目的探讨乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)对乳腺癌患者发生骨转移的监测作用。方法本研究中有3组研究对象,选择10例已经确诊为乳腺癌伴骨转移的患者,10例无骨转移的乳腺癌患者以及10例健康人,分别应用ELISA免疫分析法测定患者血清Galectin-3。结果 Galectin-3在健康人群组中的表达为(62.33±24.65)ng·m L-1,原发性乳腺癌不伴骨转移组中为(100.77±26.22)ng·m L-1,二者间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌骨转移组Galectin-3表达为(170.45±25.15)ng·m L-1,与乳腺癌无骨转移组的(100.77±26.22)ng·m L-1相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Galectin-3表达水平升高,可以用于监测无骨转移的乳腺癌患者是否早期骨转移的发生。

ObjectiveTo explore the value of the application of Galectin3in the diagnosis of bone metastasis tumor from breast cancer.MethodsThere were selected three groups in the study,which were10cases of breast cancer with bone metastases,10cases of breast cancer without bone metastases and10cases of healthy subjects.ELISA method was used to detect the level of total Galectin3in blood serum in the three groups respectively.ResultsExpression of Galectin was(62.33±24.65)ng·mL-1in healthy group,and was(100.77±26.22)ng·mL-1in breast cancer without bone metastases.There was no statistically significant difference between them(P>0.05).Compared with breast cancer without bone metastases,patients with the bone metastasis group had higher Galectin3expression in blood serum(170.45±25.15VS100.77±26.22),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe serum levels of total Galectin3had application value in the diagnosis of bone metastasis for breast cancer.
