ObjectiveTo explore correlation between depression score(self rating depression scale,SDS)and high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs CRP),N terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT ProBNP),D dimer in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods50cases of COPD combined with depression were selected as observation group,and50patients with COPD as control group.hs CRP was measured by turbidimetric immunoassay,NT ProBNP and D dimer were determined by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. The expression levels of hs CRP,NT ProBNP and D dimer were compared between the two groups. The relationship between SDS score and hs CRP,NT ProBNP and D dimer was observed.ResultsThe serum levels of hs CRP,NT ProBNP and D dimer were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05),the observation group was evaluated by SDS:mild17cases(56~62points),moderate15cases(63~72points),severe18cases(>72points),the levels of serum hs CRP,NT ProBNP and D dimer were not statistically significant in COPD with depression(P>0.05).ConclusionThe expression of hs CRP,NT ProBNP and D dimer in patients with COPD was not significantly correlated with the occurrence of depression.
