免疫指标与炎性因子在小儿难治性支原体肺炎的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Inflammatory Factors and Immunoglobulin in Treatment Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumonia of Children

目的探讨免疫指标与炎性因子检测在小儿难治性支原体肺炎中的诊断价值。方法选取2016年6月至2017年8月我院小儿难治性支原体肺炎41例为观察组,同期接受治疗的普通支原体肺炎41例为对照组,均行炎性因子降钙素原(PCT)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平、免疫球蛋白(Ig A、Ig G及Ig M)检测及对症治疗,比较两组炎性因子及免疫指标情况。结果观察组治疗前PCT、CRP水平,Ig A、Ig G及Ig M水平高于对照组,(均P<0.05);两组治疗后PCT、CRP水平及Ig A、Ig G及Ig M水平均低于治疗前(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后PCT、CRP水平及Ig A、Ig G及Ig M水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论小儿难治性支原体肺炎PCT、CRP水平、免疫球蛋白异常情况较为明显,对治疗和预后有一定的指导作用。

ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnostic value of inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin in treatment refractory mycoplasma pneumonia of children.MethodsFrom June2016to August2017in our hospital,41cases of pediatric patients with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia were selected as the observation group,and41cases of the common mycoplasma pneumonia were treated as control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,procalcitonin(PCT)and C reactive protein(CRP)and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG and IgM)were detected in two groups.ResultsThe observation group,PCT CRP,and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG and IgM)were higher than that of control group before the treatment(all P<0.05).After treatment the levels of PCT,CRP and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG and IgM)were lower than those before treatment in two groups,(all P<0.05).After treatment the observation group PCT,CRP and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG and IgM)were higher than that of control group(all P<0.05).ConclusionThe levels of inflammatory factors(PCT,CRP)and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG and IgM)in children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia were obvious,which was worth of the treatment and prognosis for the disease.
