克敏芪丹鼻喷剂治疗气虚血瘀型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of Kemin Qidan nasal spray in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of allergic rhinitis

目的研究克敏芪丹鼻喷剂治疗气虚血瘀型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察。方法我院耳鼻喉符合纳入标准的门诊患者随机分为实验组28例和对照组23例。试验组给予克敏芪丹鼻喷雾剂喷鼻，对照组给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂喷鼻，疗程均为3周，分别于治疗前、治疗第7天及治疗第21天观察并记录治疗过程中两组患者鼻部症状、体征以及全身症状的变化及不良反应，对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果治疗3周后，显效22例，有效5例，无效1例。总有效率为96.4%&而试验组在改善气虚血瘀症状的疗效要明显优于对照组药物。结论克敏芪丹鼻喷剂治疗气虚血瘀型变应性鼻炎的疗效与糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂疗效相当。

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Keminqidan nasal spray in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of allergic rhinitis.Methodsour hospital otolaryngology patients that meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group of30cases and control group of30cases.The experimental group was given Keminqidan nasal spray,the text group was given Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray.The course of treatment was3weeks.The changes of nasal symptoms,signs and systemic symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and recorded before treatment,seventh days after treatment and twenty first days after treatment,and the data were statistically analyzed.ResultsAfter3weeks of treatment,two groups of qi deficiency in patients with allergic rhinitis nasal symptoms and signs were improved obviously,while the text group in improving the qi deficiency and blood stasis symptoms was significantly better than the control group of drugs.ConclusionThe efficacy of and efficacy of mometasone furoate nasal spray is sensitive Keminqidan nasal spray in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of allergic rhinitis
