社会工作专业大学生就业意向调查与思考——以贵州省某高校为例

对于西部地区来说,社会工作专业人才的就业意向并不倾向于本专业。原因是多方面的,具体到西部欠发达的民族地区,还需要从社会工作专业学生的志愿来源、传统的就业观念和意识、就业地域观念的限制、全社会对社会工作的认同程度、社会工作在西部地区的发展状态等方面考查,才能找到问题的根源。

For western ethnic region,employment intentions social work professionals tend not professional.There are many reasons,particularly to the west of the underdeveloped ethnic areas,but also from social work students volunteer sources,the traditional concept of employment and awareness,employment restrictions geographical concept,the whole extent of the social identity of social work,social work in the western state of development of ethnic areas and other aspects of the test,to find the source of the problem.
