半乳糖凝集素-3、白介素-6、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1与动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的相关性研究

A Correlation Study between Galactose-lectin-3,Interleukin-6,Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1 with Atherosclerotic Plaque Stability

目的探讨分析半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)、白介素-6(IL-6)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)与动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的相关性。方法选取2015年3月—2017年2月收治的143例经颈动脉彩超检查证实为动脉粥样硬化斑块的患者进行研究,根据颈动脉彩超检查结果分为稳定斑块组(n=74)与不稳定斑块组(n=69),另选取同期无颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的健康体检者70例作为健康对照组。分别测定各组Gal-3、IL-6及MCP-1的水平,并分析Gal-3、IL-6及MCP-1与硬化斑块指数(PI)的关系。结果不稳定斑块组血清Gal-3、IL-6和MCP-1水平以及PI显著高于稳定斑块组及健康对照组(P<0.05),且稳定斑块组高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。血清Gal-3、IL-6和MCP-1水平均与PI呈正相关(r=0.243、0.571和0.643,P均<0.05)。结论血清Gal-3、IL-6和MCP-1在动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成与发展过程中起着重要作用,同时与斑块的稳定性及局部形成有着密切相关性。

Objective To investigate correlations between galactose-lectin-3(Gal-3),interleukin-6(IL-6),monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)and atherosclerotic plaque Stability.Methods A total of143patients with atherosclerotic plaque admitted during March2015and February2017,who had confirmed by carotid artery ultrasonography,were recruited in this study,and the patients were divided into stable plaque group(n=74)and unstable plaque group(n=69)according to results of carotid artery ultrasonography,and other70healthy people without carotid atherosclerotic plaques at the same period were selected as control group.Levels of Gal-3,IL-6and MCP-1were detected respectively in each group,and relationships between Gal-3,IL-6and MCP-1with plaque index(PI)were analyzed.Results Serum Gal-3,IL-6and MCP-1levels and PI value in unstable plaque group were significantly higher than those in stable plaque and control groups,and the levels and value in stable plaque group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum Gal-3,IL-6and MCP-1levels were positively correlated with PI(r=0.243,0.571and0.643,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum Gal-3,IL-6and MCP-1play important roles in pathogenesy and development of atherosclerotic plaque,and they are closely related to stability and local pathogenesy of plaque.
