多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病临床疗效探讨

Explore the Clinical Curative Effect of Multiple Root Canal Therapy and One-time Root Canal Therapy on Dental Pulp Disease

目的:探讨牙体牙髓病实施多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月到2017年1月我院收治的110例牙体牙髓病患者作为研究对象,按患者治疗根管状况将患者分为多次组(n=55)和一次组(n=55),对所有多次组患者采取多次法根管治疗,对所有一次组患者采取一次性根管治疗,统计分析两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生状况。结果:一次组患者治疗总有效率98.2%与多次组87.3%相比明显较高;一次组患者术后VAS评分(2.8±1.3)分与多次组(4.8±1.1)分相比明显较低;一次组患者术后镇痛药物使用率0.0%与多次组9.1%相比明显较低;一次组患者术后并发症发生率1.8%与多次组16.4%相比明显较低;一次组患者住院时间(4.2±1.1)d与多次组(12.3±1.8)d相比明显较低,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙体牙髓病实施一次性根管治疗临床效果优于多次法根管治疗。

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of multiple root canal therapy and one-time root canal therapy on dental pulp disease.Methods:From January2015to January2017of110detal patients admitted to our hospital,according to root canal treatment condition,patients were divided into multiple group(n=55)and one-time group(n=55),take multiple root canal treatment and take one-time root canal treatment respectively,statistical analysis of the therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups was conducted.Results:One-time group of patients with total efficiency of98.2%was significantly higher compared with the multiple group of87.3%;One-time group patients′postoperative VAS score(2.8±1.3)was significantly lower than multiple group(4.8±1.1).One-time group patients with postoperative analgesic drug use0%was significantly lower compared to that in multiple group.One-time group patients with postoperative complication rate1.8%was significantly lower than that16.4%in multiple group;hospitalization time One-time group(4.2±1.1)d was significantly lower than multiple group(12.3±1.8)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dental pulp disease one-time root canal treatment clinical effect is better than multiple root canal treatment.
