摘要
教师通过在职培训明确专业发展方向,提升专业发展理论及实践水平,从而促进地区整体教育水平的提高,是目前我国教师在职培训最核心的目的与任务.然而如何提升教师在职培训的有效性则是世界范围内的难题与热点问题.以H高校承办中西部地区农村教师"国培计划"的经验与反思为基础,通过分析H高校"理论培训——返岗实践——跟岗实践——整体提升"的四阶段培训模式,对如何提高教师在职培训有效性提出几点看法与思考.
Teachers'in-service training through clear professional development direction is to enhance the professional development of the theory and practice level as to promote the overall level of education to improve the area,China's most core teachers in-service training objectives and tasks.However,how to improve the effectiveness of in-service training of teachers is a worldwide problem and a hot issue.Based on the experience and reflection of rural teachers"H University hosted the Midwest National Training Program"as the basis,through the analysis of the H practice of"training-returning to practice-with the training mode of four phases,enhance the overall post practice,improve the effectiveness of in-service teacher training,and put forward some opinions and thinking.
