信息技术的更新发展,世界范围内尤其国内公共交通事业信息化与智能化程度日趋提高,各地方公交公司纷纷顺应信息化的趋势,利用新型的信息技术和工具,服务质量不断改善,运营能力提升,而运营信息的分析利用成为公交企业管理与运营能力提升的关键.通过为十堰公交企业建立一个分析管理运营信息的数据仓库平台.在阐述数据仓库技术在运营信息管理的必要性后,详细描述了公交运营信息数据仓库系统的搭建过程.这个过程主要包括了解调查十堰各公交公司业务需求;设计数据仓库的主题概念模型、维度模型、物理存储结构模型;并使用ETL技术完成运营数据的抽取、清洗和加载,实现为公交企业提供决策支持的目的.

As the development of information technology Updating,the degree of the public transport’s informatization and intelligence is increasing in the world,especially in China,local bus companies are complying with the trend of information technology by using new information technology and tools to improve service quality and operate ability of ascending,so that the analysis and utilization of the operational information has become the key of the capacity of public transportation enterprise management and operation.This paper mainly establishes a data warehouse platform to analyze and manage operational information for Shiyan bus enterprises.After expounded the necessity of data warehouse in operation information management,described the construction process of the bus operation information warehouse system.This process includes understanding the business needs of the bus companies,designing theme conceptual model,dimension model,physical storage structure model of the data warehouse,using ETL technology to extract,clean and load data,the operation data is extracted,cleaned and loaded,then to support decision of bus enterprises.
