摘要
农村小规模学校全科教师培训工作是一项系统工程,任务艰巨,使命神圣,国内尚无成熟的培训经验。在培训中探索"U-G-S"合作模式,地方大学实施精准培训、引领教师专业发展;地方政府制定培训政策,实施培训价值引领;影子学校实施导师制,指导学员跟岗实践。参与培训的各方积极配合、相互协商、协同创新、形成合力,共同促进农村小规模学校教师向全科型转变。
Training general teachers in small-scale rural schools is a system engineering.The task is arduous,and the mission is sacred,but there is no mature training experience in China.We try to explore the"U-G-S"cooperation model in training,Local universities implement precise training and lead professional development of teachers,Local governments formulate training policies,implement training,and value guidance;The shadow school adopts mentoring system to guide students to practice with post.The parties involved in the training should cooperate actively,consult each other,cooperate with each other in innovation,and form a cohesive force to jointly promote the transformation of rural small-scale school teachers to the general discipline type.
