职业学校课堂教学的分类管理

The Classified Management of Classroom Teaching in Vocational Schools

摘要 通过构建课堂教学分类标准,实施课堂教学分类管理,可以有效促进教师更加关注课堂,强化教师标准意识,加强教学反思,引导教师教学行为,推动教师更加注重立德树人,更加凸显学生主体地位,提高课堂教学效果。 Through the construction of classroom teaching classification standards and the implementation of classroom teaching classification management,we can make the teachers pay more attention to the classroom teaching and talent cultivation,strengthen the consciousness of standards and teaching reflection,guide the teachers'teaching behaviors,highlight the students'dominant roles and improve the classroom teaching effect.
