"Core Complement" : An Exploration of the Construction Path of Professional Teaching Team in Secondary Vocational Schools

中职学校专业教学团队建设有助于提高教师个体效能,凝聚合力解决专业建设中的复杂问题;团队成员在合作过程中,相互启发、相互补充、相互激励,能有效提升教师专业素养。基于此,笔者提出"核心互补式"专业教学团队建设的思路,并就"核心互补式"专业教学团队的内涵与特点以及建设的路径作了阐述。

The construction of professional teaching team in secondary vocational schools helps to improve the teachers'individual efficiency and to gather the cohesive force to solve the complexproblems in profession construction.In the cooperative process of team members,their mutual inspiration,complement and encouragement can effectively improve the teachers'professional competencies.Based on this,the author puts forward the idea of"core complementary"professional teaching team construction,and expounds its connotation,characteristics and construction path.
